Flower City Half Marathon 2025April 27, 2025 – This was my third running of the Flower City Half Marathon, having run it in 2016 and 2017. Amy and I made a mini-vacation out of the weekend.- Flower City Half Marathon 2017April 30, 2017 – I’ve been training for Cayuga Trails 50, so this half marathon fell at a really bad time to be in shape to race it. Including this half marathon, my weekly running mileage would top 77 miles, my biggest ever weekly mileage total.
- Flower City Half Marathon 2016April 24, 2016 – After the Syra-crazy half in Syracuse and Skunk Cabbage in Ithaca, I wasn't sure how it would go, but I have been enjoying the results of having run all winter and maintaining a base of fitness perpetually ready to run a fast half.
